I moved to a new subdivision a couple of months ago. First Pldt claimed the subdivision don't excist. Then they accept it does since we find the closest user of their service. Now they don't get the finger out of their ass and start providing me with internet. So i wanna complain the whole company to the correct office where internet complaints are served. So i am NOT talking about the customer service at PLDT. i have tried talking to them and i get their standard reply every time.
My questions are: What are the Correct office to complain to? DTI or other?
Do you find an email address i can use to file the case?
To put it shortly NOW this Norwegians patience are DONE. Time to take actions against the lazy guys in that company.
