where to go for affordable vehicle A/C service

my ac is working but its not as cold as it used to be, its like that all the time.
on a hot weather in trafic its not good enough.
im just planing to get it evacuated and refilled with new r134. and if overhauling doesnt cost much then i might go for that.
my system only holds 0.65 kilo of freon.
what place do you recommend? price?
