The easiest way to get manipulated and fooled is to read the news without a filter and without proper context. Bad news sell newspapers, after all.

So, the news about King being killed and the race car driver being gunned down and those 3 idiots that went on a carnapping, shooting and mugging spree here in Cebu is not reliable? And thats juz manipulated news to fool us?

I just hope that we get rid of such mentality that the easy way out is
to go abroad. Sayang au ui, we had so much to offer yet our younger
generation will learn not to appreciate what we actually have right in
    our homes.

However I can't blame most of the peeps since our present situation
has ticked off a lot of us and slowly killed the patriotism in our hearts
and minds, ready and willing for a trade-off for the next best thing...

Call me naive or idealistic but I still do believe that there's still hope in
    all of us left behind
