ako plan ani kay pa rentahan man nko.. so 30k a month.. nya infront man sa ayala mall og center sa cebu business park.. so attractive xa sa mga business man..

2.9m ang unit.. 50k ang reservation... then dp kay 250k to.. then ang monthly nko kay 25k until sa dec 2017...

once operational na ang condo kay 200pesos ang monthly fee nmu para sa security, pool, gym og uban pah...

parking lot alay labot so mu palit pako..
