    dugay2 pud ko inantos aning insomnia,,,

    ang nakawala sa ako kay relaxation ra jud...i tried many dirnks, supplements ug uban vitamins pero wala efect.

    relax and rest ra jud, and dont think or worry na dili ka katulog..kay dili jud ka katulog if magworry ka na dili ka katulog..

    same experience here also. If maghuna-huna nuon ka or mag worry nga di ka katog..maglatagaw nuon ang huna-huna2..which results to dili nuon katulog...I agree with you..
