    I think they have major problem yesterday but was resolve just this morning. A problem like that with other telcos will take several days. I still prefer Bayan over PLDT and Globe.

    Just avoid net starter .. go for premium if your on a business environment.

    What's your line boss? This one? Net BizLite 10Mb = P6,999/mo

    Our current line is 2,600/month for 3 years already at 2.5mbps (daw).

    When we started the ping to our cloud based tools was about 25 (we were amazed). Then after a few months, boom dili na halos maka open ug Google docs.

    Sure the support is very commendable - when you call, someone gets to you in 24 hours.

    In our case that this is just our "plan b", we got tired of calling but now I got tired of not doing anything so I'm looking for a Globe business line right now since I'm hoping they will have a different support group from their commercial customers.

    still getting 400 ping on the Bayan line. Customer care is getting out of hand too - no please and thank you anymore but the volume of calls and problems does that to any human I guess.

    Since this year 1,999 ang 2.5 mb.

    Kami 5 months na cge gihapon mi bayad 2,599 ani nga line and it's been useless in just about anything.

    I'll have to go to their office to settle the overpayment this year and that will be my last as we're not going to continue with this nonsense.

    Any globe business dsl agents please PM me.

    Net Biz lite is same group for Starters. Definitely your subscribe bandwidth is not ideal. If you want to have better connectivity just ask for net cafe or net premiums. If price is high for you go for PLDT not with GLobe (more headaches)

    I think your thinking along the lines of a leased line connection which isn't in our budget.

    Our bayantel is "plan b" while PLDT is our main line for more than 10 years now.

    Now waiting to get globe, it's still plan b but cheaper. I know there will be headaches though but at least cheaper since Bayan has been giving us headaches too just got too tired of reporting it since it's not our main line.

    Imagine our 2599/month should have been 1999 starting this year according to their promo but we've been paying them the 2599 still for the entirety of this year. Our line is 3-4 years old.
