Need help for my 1st computer build

I'm planning to buy a new mid range gaming computer, and these are the possible specs(open to any suggestions)

Processor: Am3+ (P5k to 6k)
Motherboard: With 3.0 usb ports (P4k or less)
Ram: 4x2 8gb with 1600 (P4k or less)
PSU: I really don't know which to pick
VC: R7850 2gb preferably with the dual fan version
HD: 500gb (P2.5k or less)
PC Case: need some good suggestions like (with front usb 3.0 ports good air flow and cable management) if possible include pics.. hehe

Total budget is Php25k

Naay nag sell sa BnS og i5 3550 for 5.5k boss. madaLa pa cguro ni og hangyo. Pwede pud to nimo apiLon iyang Video Card. You can start from there and buy yourself a bnew B75 or H77 mobo. Naa pud daghan DDR3 rams sa BnS.

Then buy Bnew PSU, HDD, CHASSIS of your choice. Para less hassle.

Mostly Secondhand / Salin sa upgrade / User downgrading. Some naa pay remaining warranty, some wala na. Kana lang akong gi suggest nga parts kay mostly reliable mani sila maski secondhand pa. I also suggested that kay tungod imo reference is an AMD AM3+ (probably brandnew fx6300) which is around that price kung secondhand nga i5 3550 (which is much better). Kung gusto jud ka og Brand New, aw mka tabang jud na si boss @LordZhen nimo.

brand new nalang palita boss para naa ka sure na warranty,, ang secondhand man gud timing2 niya 1st raba na nimu build, so dapat sure jud ka ba.

Pwede tanan if you have the budget, depende rajud na nimu lahi lahi man pama agi or choices ang taw...

ang naka advantage lang sa brand new is the warranty, and ikaw ang first user
