Palit yuta TS / unya paabangan, it's a very good investment.
there are many instruments where you can invest, depende lang sa imo time, knowledge, investment horizon and risk factor.
business and real estate offer the best in terms sa return but they also have the biggest risk. kelangan gyud ni xa ug time and know-how pud, otherwise, mu flop imong business or dili mahalin imong yuta/balay (or dili maabangan kay dili accessible, for example). need pud ni ug dako nga capital.
stocks also offer huge returns because they come with a big risk. but again, they need time and know-how. you may not trade though and instead do cost averaging for blue chip stocks pero pang longterm gyud ni. ug siguro dili kaau nimu ma appreciate iyang returns if ginagmay palang imung capital.
sa mutual funds is like investing in stocks, if equity imu gikuha, but it saves you the hassle of having to analyze the market and the charts. medyo hassle free but xempre, naay chunk sa imong kita unta kay mapunta sa fund managers (mutual fund company).
government securities like bonds are also great (pwede pud nimu makuha through mutual funds) but they have the smallest return. pero, still bigger compared sa savings account sa banko.
insurance companies also offer products nga combination sa life insurance and mutual funds. mao na sila gitawag na VUL. so instead na wala ka makuha sa imu insurance, like sa traditional insurance that's why they're much cheaper, naa nakay makuha inig mature because naay portion ato nga invested in stocks, bonds, or a combination of both
