    Guys ask lang ko if bank loan for buying a house usa ang requirements? or asa man maau mag loan for housing loan?

    right now wa ko sa pinas ga work pwdi pa gihapon ko maka loan sa bank? kay plan nako ika uli nako dnha ko mo loan... kinsa nay knowledge ani.

    naa pod ko loan question -

    im looking for a P900k - P1M loan
    gamiton ni nako pag-purchase og house & lot duol sa amo nga gusto nako butangan pod og negosyo
    naa ko'y titled subdivision lot nga 202 sqm sa Liloan

    1st question, sa inyo opinyon, matagaan kaha ko sa banko/lenders og sa ako gusto nga amount?

    2nd question, let's say matagaan ko og loan with my titled lot as collateral, ok ra kaha nako ipabira deretso ang akong lote? i mean, dili ko mobayad sa loan aron mabira dayon ang lote ba. ok ra ba ni? naa kaha ni legal implications against nako? I know this does not sounds like a crooked idea, that's why i need an enlightenment

    3rd question, is there a way for us to sell our titled lot directly to a bank?

    loans are granted not just based on collateral but also on yur paying capacity. If yur income tax return n bank deposit records can show yur capable, then thers no prob..
    In yur query, yur implying to use yur liloan property for the purchase of another property via a housing loan. In this case, its not allowed. This is doable if thru a commercial loan but not under housing. So basically the property that u intend to purchase n construct on will stand as collateral.

    legal implications: once u go past due, theres no turning back.. Yur negative records will be shown in any bank once they inquire with LOANDEX.. Also, once u go thru foreclosure proceedings, yur name n property will be published in a well circulated newspaper... Blacklisted nka for any bank loan products (auto, housing, business, credit card)

    3rd: banking is not in the real estate business, so NO...

    maong mura'g sell-the-other-property-to-bank-thru-foreclosure ang nasulod sa akong ulo

    The best thing to do is go to each bank and inquire yourself. They sure will accommodate all your questions.
    I have a housing loan myself in the bank. RCBC. Try the big banks BDO and BPI.

    hello!
