Kun nagkuha ka ug TIN as requirement sa imong employment, imong employer ang naay obligasyon mo-remit sa imong tax, through withholding.

Kun nagkuha ka ug TIN as requirement sa imong business permit, yes, kinahanglan na ka mo-file, kun wala paka income, you still need to file as "no operation" or zero ang sales para wala kay bayaran.
