Undergrad applying in CVG. Need help.

Hi, noob here.

My family will migrate in Cebu from Bacolod come September. I've been working with outbound call centers in the past and have spent almost 4 years in both Inbound and Outbound call center environment already. I'm considering applying in Convergys; however I am concerned that I won't pass.

I'm an undergrad. I only finished 1 year in College due to financial issues at home. I'm confident that when speaking about skills, dedication, and attitude towards work, I am definitely qualified. Regrettably, I don't have the credentials needed as per their ad in Mynimo.

Is there anything that I can do? CVG employees can you help me deal with this please?

As far as I know dapat at least 2 years in college or 72 units kung undergrad ka... Dili ko sure if na change nana karon..

I can't take the risk, sir.

I'm considering this company since I really want to work with them; if it isn't CVG, I'd be left here in Bacolod. If I'll tell them my concern and they'd say no, then I've already lost my one chance of passing the interview. I hope somebody else from this forum will shed light on me.

I've got to be honest, sis @lifeisbeyeeutiful. Going to CVG directly and crossing my fingers that my attitude and oral skills will give me the opportunity to have the work is not a win-win situation at all.

I'd have to cross a sea to get this job; the last thing I'd ever want to hear is the interviewer telling me, I don't qualify due to my lack of educational units. I hope you feel me.

Oh, one more thing. I've never been late in my whole life. I bet not this time either.
