This president lacks accountability and does not understand the cycle of economics. We are paid at a rate fairly enough to pay the price of electricity in Mindanao . "Innovation" Mr President. Don't get stucked in theories of economics or any theories that you once learned in College. It's only 50% applicable these days. The other 50% is INNOVATION.
