I am looking to work with some real estate brokers/agents or someone who is bored, has nothing else to do, wants to earn a commission to help rent out my La Guardia Flats II Corner and Inner Units 1211 and 1212 at:

The units are Fully Furnished

These are the prices that the building manager and other real estate brokers suggested.....

Corner Unit: 12th floor facing North East
1 Year: Php 26K per month
Includes: Condo Dues and Sky Cable/HBO

I fitted out both units with professionally built mahogany furniture and a fold up a mahogany bed that creates double the living space.

High quality material was used when furnishing these units. with the same care and thought as if I would live in them myself.
(30 inch flat screen TV, Carrier aircon, Class "A" flex foam mattress, Electric 4 burner stove, economy electric saving refrigerator, custom stainless steel pipe work for hot water in the shower.

Included:
Sheets, pillowcases and 2 towels
Dishes, Bowls, Cups, Pots/Pans, Knives, Forks, Spoons
(The only thing needed to move in is personal items )

The payment terms are to be paid by post dated check.
1 month advanced paid rent and 2 months rent equivalent deposit.

Referral Payment to brokers:
1 Year lease = 1 month commission
9 Month lease = 3 week commission
6 Month lease = 2 week commission
3 Month Lease = 1 week commission

If you are planning to rent a unit for yourself, then yes I will give you the discount on your last payment of what I would have paid to the broker.
If you want to negotiate the price, please at least see the unit for yourself, then private message me pictures, floor/direction of other units in the same building and list the amenities included to compare.

The corner unit is 27 sqm and the inner unit is 22 sqm.

The unit is for rent, I didn't may sell it if someone offered me a decent amount. But most people don't understand how much work went into fitting out the unit.
