I actually agree with your position that SM should share part of the blame; I also think that the parent should share the blame, and that SM has not been negligent, but I know that you don't agree with this. Let's agree to disagree on that one.

Never mention the word "badlong" to a 6 year old na bata. Because mentally and psychologically dili gyud na kapugong ang bata sa iyang kaugalingon labi nag badlong sa parent. that's why nagreact jud ko to those saying nga majority of the blame goes to the parents coz i know just how hard it is sa parents aning bataa.

yes SM is shouldering the medical expense but what about the other factors behind it?

ang hassle & ang healing process sa bata. that's not even to mention the possible traumatic effects sa bata over this incident.

you mentioned gusto naka magka anak so take this from my experience.

the moment you hold your baby in your arms, mahimo ka statue for several minutes.

the first time i cuddled my daughter in my arms, i felt a million emotions all at once. overjoyed that naa na jud ko anak, extreme happiness that normal ra ang baby & wala dipresnya, ma-realize nimo how your parents must've felt kato nga time baby paka, magworry how your baby will be when he/she grows up, tanan.

i wasn't even aware nga nagsige rako tutok sa ako daughter for 20 minutes na because overwhelming jud kaayo ang feeling.

now she's over a year old, pwera buyag. kabalo na masuko if dili matuman iya gusto. mangamras & dala pa sikad2x if naa siya dili ma-ganahan.

i'm super protective of her but despite that, madagma japon siya. madasmag kung magkiat.

my wife cannot even open a bottle of strawberry jam after nanganak siya because giving birth to a child will take a lot from the mother in more ways than people can fathom.

i can only picture out, according to my friend who was just outside national bookstore at that time nga wala naka apas ang mama sa bata kay pas2x ra kaayo nidagan ang bata.

that's why i keep telling people who think parenting is easy, off because pagkadaku jud sa diprensya to what's real over what you think you'll do when you have your own child.

i have siad this before that yes, naa jud blame ang parents but it is wrong to put majority of the blame sa parents. the majority of the blame still goes to SM.
