pwd ra guro ko diri combination man ko sa meso ug ecto. 5'6'' ako height and 160 lbs ako weight. Sa gym mostly bodybuilding ako training pero usahay mag strength training pud ko, and circuit. For cardio Cycling kay malingaw jud ko ani, dili ko mapul-an. Wala koy supp, wise eating lang ako tirada. tips:
1. eat wisely.
2. cardio two times a week lang. I recommend HIIT (or intervals) on your first cardio and regulary cardio on the second. Basta ayaw kaayo palabi sa cardio. Kung pwd, ayaw pud anang mga endurance cardio like marathon and ultra-marathon. Mas nindot pa ang sprinting for us. Pls research sa physique sa marathoner VS. Sprinter (two types of runner).
3. Ayaw pataka ug Alsa.
4. Tabangi ang uban (share your knowledge).
5. Pa gwapog maayo para dili ka matawag ug Pasayan. ahahahahahaha.
