^ Again, don't generalize below as if you talk as representative to all my parents.

para nako, kana mga walay ila jud nga anak, dili jud mo makasabot or makabalo unsa bation once naa naka imo anak mao na palihug lang, stop trying to defend your view if you haven't experienced first hand just how hard it is exactly being a parent.

did i explicitly express anywhere in all my posts on this issue that i am speaking on behalf of all parents here?

i'm essentially speaking from my vantage point that the words those who are saying that parents are the ones to blame/are responsible are hollow & meaningless unless that person is a parent.

Ah, bitaw noh. This makes sense. Unless you own a mall, you can't blame SM because your opinion is hollow and meaningless. I definitely agree with this logic.

OT: what's your point in telling non-parents not to defend their views about this issue? last time i check, this is not an exclusive thread for parents. it would be nice to tell them in subtle manner and not by keeping their mouth shut as if they have no room to talk and learn from this experience.

besides, as a parent like you, i am very responsible too to my kids as far as i am concerned but IF AND ONLY IF this will happen to me, i will not fully blame the establishment for this incident because i know that the glass railing was not meant to be bumped/slammed. This is where most of the people here thought that it was intentionally installed to be unbreakable. it was merely an accident that the management did not want and much more on the parents side. but things can never be in control ALL THE TIME. in short, i am responsible too and equally blame for this incident.

apparently, you & common sense are strangers, my suggestion, please get to know common sense before openning your mouth.

if you go over my posts, i never, even once said i blame everything on SM. please go over my post on page 10 of this thread. that's where i started posting my thoughts.

what i did say is that majority of the blame goes to SM for their negligence in not properly maintaining their facilities.

OT: exactly my point, you don't fully blame the parents because you're a parent too. how many percentage of blame would that be?

also, how to maintain a breakable glass railings if you're the mall owner?

it's really as easy as going over my post to avoid further misunderstanding & clarification.
