pero kadaghanan baya sa mga politicians nga na involve sa graft and corruption, kay mga highly educated people like lawyers. so i think dili guarantee ang educational attainment sa pag eradicate sa graft and corruption sa atong nasud. what we need is to change our attitude as voters. dili kay pataka lang ta ug boto. ang real power sa pag eradicate sa graft and corruption is with us, the voters. sige ta yawyaw laban sa mga na involve sa pork barrel scandal pero ato diay to silang giboto last election. ang uban proud kaayo nga wala sila mibotar last election, pero wala sila kabalo nga usa pod sila sa rason nganong nakalusot ning mga buang nga politiko. sunod mobotar ta ug tinarong. bisan pa og elementary lang mga kandidato pero serbisyo publiko ang ilang plata porma ug nindot ang ilang character then why not di ba. kung failed sila after their term, then ilisdan nato sila thru election.

this is nice and all but impossible for the philippines. there is no changing in the attitude of the voters. there will always be a conflict of interest kay majority sa voters dependent sa welfare. unless we strip them of their power to vote, there will be no real progress. it will be a vicious cycle of actor-cum-politicians promising more welfare, and bobotantes voting for them during the next election. suffrage should be a privilage, not a right. if you receive welfare you have to waive your power to vote.

dili guarantee ang educational attainment sa pag eradicate sa graft and corruption. but it's a start. you can't make a law that will require voters to be smart. but you can make a law that requires their leaders to be.

aw kung di jud tang mga voters ma-change, i think layo pa kaayo tag paabuton para ma-eradicate ang graft and corruption. pero balihon nako ang imo proposal sir, how about kung ang mga voters kaha ang dapat may educational requirements. kay morag ang mga corrupt lawmakers usually won in areas where peoples' educational attainment are not that high. tan-awa nang mga kandidato di ba sa mga slum areas na sila usually mag focus during elections as compared sa ilang campaign efforts sa mga subdivisions.

actually the proposed bill of trillanes covered all positions in the government, from the rank and file up to the president. pero wa ni pag-asa nga mapasa into law. bisan pa mapasa ni sa congress, i-veto ra pod ni sa presidente kay according sa iya wala daw pondo para ani and dili man pod daw ni mag effect sa iyaha. if iya daw ni i-approve, ang next president ang makinabang ani, which correct man pod. pero ambot lang if mo-effect ni sa iyaha, basi dako siya ug support ani.
