Is is the lack of understanding on the part of testers that resulted to wrong results. Such testers does not even qualify to do the testing, therefore the results or recommendation they present is also not valid.

thanks, vernie, although i dont consider myself an expert on this field. the 'learning/conditioning period' and 'memory effect' were only conceived by me after lengthy experiments. consider this; the mythbusters test on magnets was a virtual shortcut without taking 'conditioning-memory effect' into consideration. kung hindi ako nagtiyagang magexperiment, di hindi ko rin alam ang mga phenomenang ito. nalaman ko lang ang mga ito dahil sa tiyaga or perseverance. alam mo bang marami ang hindi naniniwala sa akin at sinasabing pseudoscience lang ito. minamalit ako pero ayaw naman nilang subukan. sabi nga ng mga kapampangan; 'subukan pamo para mabalo' (to see is to believe). their mind is already slaved to the notion that magnets do not work. period.

i wish b3ndz would read his thread and make recommendations to the epa and other testing institutions to reconsider. pero hindi ako optimistic dahil, ang takot lang nila kay Big Oil. 5% times a million or times ten or twenty million is very substantial.

pls see, international journal of mechanical engineering and computer applications dot org, vol 1, issue 7 december 2013 effect of magnetic field on hydrocarbon fuel viscocity and engine performance. ciao

If one still believed on those tv shows like the mythbusters, niloloko lang nila ang mga sarili nila.

If one knows how to stir his cup of coffee and understand why he is doing it, madali nyang maintindihan ang effect ng magnetic field.

The performance of a fuel saving device is also affected by the quality of fuel. Everyone should also consider that the fuel in our country is of low quality, that is 20% of what you paid for at the gas pump is non-volatile garbage. It is a liquid rubber like oily substance which also include the dye (for coloring) and you'll noticed it when your injector fails and cleaning it or when your cleaning your carburetor. One can easily see such garbage when you use a bubbler or vaporizer with fuel in it under engine vacuum. You can use that bubbler as your air bleed device and allow air to pass through the liquid in it, in this case your fuel or gasoline. Even under heated condition, there is this substance which does not evaporate easily that will remain in your bubbler container. That volume usually 20% of the total volume when you started. Only gasoline fuel in vapor state that is mixed well with air will burn well when ignited. If you use a carburetor or an injector, that 20% that does not vaporize easily is your problem, making your engine dirty. Have you noticed your oil can turn red over time when you keep on using 95RON fuel (red color)? Where do you think that red color came from?

Dito pinahirapan masyado ang mga fuel saving devices, our fuel is formulated for us not to save. It has been like that for several decades in history, fuel changes formulation to counter what's new that can significantly improve fuel efficiency. This is also true with car manufacturers, fuel delivery system changes to counter fuel efficiency improvement. Until one understand what is really going on, one cannot easily do any fuel efficiency improvement. Anyone with a tightly closed mindset, better stop fooling others and yourself.

boss verns mu object lang ko gamay boss ha, no offense, our gasoline here in the philippines are purer than U.S. gasoline, ilang gasolina didto mayano2x ra nako ug pang hugas sa mga engine parts without using gloves kay dili kaayo flammable ilaha didto, pwede ra ko manigarilyo while gasige ug brush sa mga parts , and I trust Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, di ni sila basta2x nga mga tawo didto, they really knew what they`re doing because they are professors of science, they are more credible than the rocket engineers of NASA to be honest...

It`s not that fuel saving devices dont work, though some can only do a placebo effect, car manufacturers design a vehicle according to some countries` standards, for example in the US, they want a car that has power, syempre dak-an nila ug makina, and they want it to pass on their safety standards on both public and the environment so meaning i reinforce nila ang body structure ug exhaust filtration system so an added body weight, to cut the story short, car companies know how to design a vehicle that can maximize fuel efficiency, their main barrier is the countries` standards, so it`s a balance of fuel efficiency, passenger`s safety and practicality, mao nay brainstorm nila pirmanente, kahinumdum ko few years ago nga naay nabangga KIA picanto dapit sa lahug, patay ang passenger nya naputol ang paa sa driver, mao nay disadvantage pud sa body weight reduction, dali sad mapi-it, in short dili safety sa public, di sad maghago2x ug design ang toyota ug prius (Hybrid Transaxle) kung di sila kama-o unsay fuel efficiency, in fact Honda, Ford and some car manufacturers paid patent fee on toyota for their hybrid design because they knew nga it was indeed very fuel efficient on their tests, everything is in the laws of physics, recycling some of the energy lost during braking, in the end it saves fuel...

HHO is not a myth infact one man there is the U.S. uses solar energy to convert water to hydrogen and uses large tanks as reservoirs and hydrogen is being used to power his own generator to power his own house and his car, it`s a brilliant way to separate hydrogen and oxygen using a free energy...and some scientist are now developing fuel cells to power a bus engine...and nothing can beat the compressed air TAXI`s in europe as of now, it`s engine only uses compressed air and store it in a reinforced tank, one charge is enough to power the vehicle for a day, now that`s amazing....no emmisions, no noise pollution, but a bit lighter than any ordinary car because it only uses fiber glass and aluminum as a main body structure and it`s under powered but efficient....

This is me 5 years ago working outside in a shop beside a U.S. gasoline station, I used Gasoline to wash engine parts kay pirting mahala ang diesel didto, times 2 sa presyo sa V-power kay ang diesel grabe makapollute ug hangin compared sa gasoline so ilang bala-ud ang nakapamahal sa diesel (clean air act) infact kung basihan nato sa cost of production mas barato unta ang diesel, ilang gipamahal ang diesel para ang publiko ma discourage ug gamit ug diesel, only heavy equipments ang large cargo trucks that uses diesel engines ang naay discount on buying diesel, in the end they got a cleaner air, even their buildings wa gyud koy makita nga carbon soots maski tag 15 years na ang mga edad sa mga structures....

saktu jd ni boss kay nag.bakasyun aku auntie from germany last feb ba then storya mi about cars.

@KH0UJ boss sakto gyud ka anang clean air act nila went there one time in celebration after our wedding sponsored by one of the principal sponsors hehe and the quality of air is just so different. aside from that, pa trabaho nya nako nimo boss ako b13 ha? hehe

@H.Wolowitz boss sakto sad na ang imoha. i never owned a euro car before pero ako uncle nga gibilin nya iyang e30 nga 80's pa to before ning larga saona pa, ka feel ko sa 'THUD' effect when you close the doors. by the sound itself, kahibaw naka sa quality of metal used and the over engineering of the vehicle. i wish to own one pero gusto nako ang 70's-80's where euro cars dominated all prix. hehe unfortunately, i haven't found one and im too scared of the cost of repairs after purchase.

Tabang lang ko ug tan-aw boss hehe, im not really familiar on nissan engines, wa man gud nay tune-upay ang B13 fixed cams na, though naay workaround ana (bangil2x spacer) if kinahanglan na or lu-ag na ang valves, wa kaayo koy idea unsa-on sa mga mechaniko diri nga makaminus ug gasto ang tag-iya...I can refer you to a knowledgeable mechanic though.....

Wala pa man ni ma hilabti adjustment option related sa cams sa B13 nako, pero sayon ra pagamyon ang emissions up to zero CO reading and minimal HC reading. Sa nakita nako sa shop, same ra sa ubang makina ang sa Nissan, naa gihapon mahimo nga adjustment kung naa nay hilis or luag, pwede ra ma irog. Halos tanang combustion engine commonly gigamit dire sa atoa naay similar nga pamaagi sa adjustment.

none of these supposed gas savers actually work and if they do, the savings is negligible and not worth the cost. bisan kanang mga gipamaligya sa atong B&S section. sama ra ni sila sa mga produkto nga no approved theraptic claims. in other words, sa mailad lang.
