never get a refund from cebu pacific for my ticket i purchased using my CC. promised by there customer service to get it with in 60 days. i already went back to the phils after a year but no refund ever comes back to my account. very unreliable accounting system. its a shame specially they're already servicing international flights.
shame on this company....

Swerte lang ang makadawat ug refund for online transaction, kalooy ang dili online transaction kay wala gyud refund. Ingnon lang ka nga ila lang daw ipuno sa imong travel fund aron inig next travel pwede to nimo magamit imong pundo nga money. In truth, nothing will go to your travel fund and goodbye na imong money. Na biktima ko aning Cebu Pacific, duha ka ticket gyud at one time wala nila gi refund. The reason na cancel ang pag travel kay uwan, di sila molupad pero wala nila gi refund ang ticket - meaning dili ako ang hinungdan nga gi cancel ang flight. Mangugat nalang ka ug hangyo, walay effect. Mangugat nalang ka ug pangasaba, walay effect. They don't care about you, ilang bulsa ra ilang gihunahuna.

Maayo unta naay airline company mo hulip sa mga byahe aning Cebu Pacific. Kanang maayo sa service ug mo respeto sa ilang clients labi na kung kinahanglan mag refund sa ticket nga wala magamit.
