hahaha..thanks..yeah m trying it na... no rice so jst pure sudan lng..and its kinda working but somthimes samot mo dine out cnt stop to eat rice..hahahah..thanks...
just remember diet alone wont help youre problems, kay ikaw na nag sulti og mu dine out, lai naa naa occasion, additional beer jud dayun na!
so kinahanglan DIET and EXERCISE jud! it will make you feel and look great! :mrgreen:
why do some people think eating no rice will make them loose weight and look hot. im sorry but that idea is really foolish and ignorant. it's not the rice alone that makes you gain weight. bisag di paka mo kaon ug rice pero kaon sad kag lima ka hiwang humba, nya inom ug usa ka case nga beer, and you dont exercise, what do you think will happen? your weight is influenced by your lifestyle, your overall diet and your genes.
ako 2 cups of rice gyud every meal, beer every weekend or some other days nga boring.. but the good thing is i jog almost everyday morning and afternoon, no changes on my physical built neh gamay lang gyud ako tiyan compared last year nga mura jud ko barrel ka dako hehehehe,

ofcourse..excercise would still be included... its just an option to lessen and it sdoesnt necessarily ment that to loose weight 100% .. jst to be able to balance evrythng....waaaaaaaaaaaaah........... cnt thnk right m really tired..ahhaha

in moderate amount, rice is good. one of the best source for carbs. but balanced with other food groups.
