although the ancient writing is something..but the fact of the matter is, we cannot conclude absolute certainty just because we found something ancient..mind you, there are tons of other possibilities..

now even if isn't. does it prove something?
some sources shows that although it was not a modern day forgery, the papyrus and ink could go back from 1100AD to 700AD.

as per History even as early as during between the 2nd to 4th Century AD.. daghang mga heresies, kauban sa kadtong mga gospel of judas..ang ning surface to discredit Christianity and the Chruch's teachings..which the Church utterly battled with.. the battle surely didn't stop after a millenia, apparently wala pa jud mahuman hangtud karun..hehehe..
