I could not define what revolutionary government Duterte wants thus I can only presume the following based on his statements:

- change the government to federalism

• there will be two levels of government -- national and regional -- each possesses certain assigned powers and functions where under laws they cannot intervene with each other
• regional government is autonomous
  
  • can impose and use tax of its own purpose; national government will have less revenue sharing
  • can make laws of its own different from each regional governments
  • can make use of its own resources

  • greedy politicians and local oligarchs will still be in power
  • will create chaos on how to divide the country into regional governments; greedy politicians and powerful people would want more power and resources

  • if not successful, it will be difficult to change back to democratic/centralized form of government

I will support any move to extend the term of the current administration. Aquino and Binay seem to complement with each other, of course normal ra usahay ang political disagreement. Extend the term of the following agencies:

1. BSP Governor
2. Sec of DOJ
3. COA Chair
4. Sec of DPWH
