Mao jud bro. We gave up na, twice mi ni try ug submit ug hangyo then wa gyud ayo, sila pa mismo modiscourage namo. Sayang lang kaayo ang USC, dako kaayo nga university yet wala'y team, not only TKD but other sports as well. Maayo pa ang UV ug UC, all out support jud sa ilang mga students and athletes.

agree. its a pity sometimes that some schools do not see the benefit of martial arts training maybe coz they believe that it nurtures violence. sayop sa hollywood kay bati ila image gi project bout martial arts. Taekwondo is not just sport ( this is just a segment of what one gets from Taekwondo training). It is also an effective way of developing the person ( remember the tenets of Taekwondo ?). It teaches one to practice a healthy lifestyle and it teaches one to defend one's self.

fortunately naa schools nka understand ani. Si Michael Realista is in FEU now. Si Brian aho is one of my players in Ormoc before is there with him na. Varsity na sad. Thanks to Mike. Naa sad ko isa naa sa UC rite now. Thanks to sir George.

The point here is that the school could have built the potentials of the students who have the talent. Sadly some missed the point. any way, padayon lang sad ta sa ato. let us project the good image of Taekwondo so that they will be able to realize this.

Asa imong location? There's a lot of places to learn taekwondo. The bigger ones in the city are Cebu City Sports Complex, Sacred Heart Center, and Baseline. But there's a lot of places to learn other than those.

I had a student down here who was also the part-owner of around 10 Tae-Kwon Do Schools and even he said (being a instructor within the style), that it was a sports and no good for self defense.....

I as a person don't have a problem with Tae-Kwon Do (the style), i think its most likely a healthy sport, but i have a problem with people trying to sell it as being more then it is for their own gain, in the end it will hurt the students if what they learned does not work and if they have been mislead....
