I don't see Henry Sy as a ethnicity of Filipino descent. Isn't Aquino pud of a chinese descent? Obama is of African descent.

Singapore was once part of Malaysia. Expelled by malaysian federation due to conflicts of racial policies favorable to Malaysians only, Singapore's territory consists majority of chinese race.
