BBC says at least 5 confirmed dead just a couple of minutes ago.

This was an earthquake that occured in 1960 Valdivia, Chile.



Same general proximity sa nahitabo karun, but lesser in the richter scale. It took about a day before the tsunamis were felt all the way across the Pacific Ocean. I think it is due for some concern but not panic.
