I don't think they're enumerating the attributes of a good guy but rather the qualities of a perfect guy, and lacking any of those mentioned qualities won't make you less of a good guy. We all have our own idea of what is good and I believe that these "perfect guys" only exist in fairy tales and movies.They're the rarest living thing out there, much more we are living in the modern generation where almost everything is valued less. Admit it! It's sad but true.

P.S. Nobody is perfect in this world and always believe that when your partner truly loves you, you don't have to prove yourself,he/she would accept you just the way you are.
