sa tao man siguro na dagko ug tiyan kay ako kusog man mokaon labi na sa rice 1-2cups ang mahurot.. dili ko pwede kung gamay ra kay dali rako gutumon pero pwera buyag sab ning tiyana wa man sab modako plus hilig pako inom aning coke mora na ni nako tubig.. sa isa ka adlaw mo consume ko 3-4 bottles nga 12oz pero wa man mausab..
