    sa tao man siguro na dagko ug tiyan kay ako kusog man mokaon labi na sa rice 1-2cups ang mahurot.. dili ko pwede kung gamay ra kay dali rako gutumon pero pwera buyag sab ning tiyana wa man sab modako plus hilig pako inom aning coke mora na ni nako tubig.. sa isa ka adlaw mo consume ko 3-4 bottles nga 12oz pero wa man mausab..

    Run 3 times a week for an hour non-stop, do some core mga 15 minutes each day, belly dancing in between rest days for the waist , arms and thighs (low impact exercise).

    No rice for all meals. Consumption of food should be checked , I do watch my food intake in terms of calories (Consult your doctor if u have issues in ur health before considering anyone's suggestion).

    Naay weightloss in a span of 2-3 months. Gradual is best.
