    Ahhh mao sad lage boss, honest nalng jud cguro sah.. Kay last week lang dawat na jud unta ko sa usa ka IT Company sa Cebu Business Park dayun 2days after the JO, ni infom dayun sila nako nga d na madayun akong employment kay nahibaw-an nila nga terminated diay ko, wala lng pd ko ka explain sa ako side and ang manager sa akong previous company kay ga dumot man sad jud to nako basig gi bati og istorya pag background check sa company hahaysss

    Bein honest but your blunders will give u praise, but not the job...

    If jobless for several months, find an excuse like business...
    Sell yourself and dont show yur dirty laundry...

    hala huh? gi-terminate ka nila? gideclair d i nimu sa imung resume kato nga company nga nag terminate nimu?

    u know what..
    there are companies hungry enough to hire you despite what happened. Some companies are not strict with doing a background check while others will not take you on in no matter how good you are. The choice you have to make is whether to declare your previous company or not. Both decisions carry a risk, something which you need to prepare for especially during the interview.

    we have the same idea with spartan301, autofail jd kay na ang termination! dghan mankog kaila gud nga AWOL
    wala nila gideclaire nga terminated sila, kasud man gihapon silag trabaho. Naa rajd nas applyan nimu kung stricto sila mang bacground check

    Para nako it's better to be honest especially since recent lang ni na panghinabo.. makita man gud ang gap sa resume. And then inig cross check nila sa imong sss ug bir kay makita man nila employed diay ka ato na time. It will also depend on how u write ur resume para I downplay to nimo ang imong termination (sala sa employer).

    Sus grabeh kaayo mo background check ang JPMorgan oie, akong wifey mahire nata to pero nasangit lang tungod ky pagbackground check nahibaw.an naay utang sa lending... ahahahah...
    Murag ang recent COE raman tingale ang dapat nmo ehatag pero kung ang company mangayo jud sa ubang COE that imong natrabahoan, aw hatag nalang ky lain pud kaayo masangit ky la ka nihatag...

    Oo, ako sya gideclare kay first company man gud nako, nindot man gud akong position and scope of work, mao lage first company pero lisod kaayo kay terminated pud.. Broken hearted gud ko kay sakit kaayo sa akong part nga akong ex-officemate sauna naka work na sya ato nga company nga same namo giapplyan, sakit jud as in sakit murag sakit pas gibuwagan hehehe!!

    nga bati mankag background didto. okay ra lagi na nga moback to zero ka or walay kay job experience...

    idecleare nimo or dli, mahibaw-an ra gihapon na sa company na imo gi applyan.. so mag agad ra gihapon na sa company if ok ra na nila or dli, if dli nimo ideclare malagmnit madawat ka sa interview but pag tan-aw nila sa imo BIR ug SSS contributions ma sakpan ra japun ka and they might terminate you for not telling.

    IT man kaha na imo gi applyan.. I suggest you tell them nlng and then explain your situation na gi tak2x ka for a single absence. pasabta lng sila...

    I agree ang uban tao ni AWOl nya wa mu declare then nadawat ra gihapon but I don't think IT company na ila gi sudlan.. my guess is call center na sila.. coz some call centers man gud even if makita na nila nga naa kay wa gi declare dli nlng ka nila iterminate kay grabe sila ug need sa tao... if ka kita lang ka sa classifieds grabe kaayo ila hiring so need kaayo sila ug tao mao ila nlng na ipa lusot ang mga wla mu declare.

    Pero if mag IT ka, lisud jud ka ana if dli ka mu declare, kay tak2x ra japun ka inig ma sakpan... my advice is ideclare lang nya pasabta lng ug tarong ang nag interview and sell yourself well. Once ma dawat ka, limpyo pa imo consensya and wala na ka worries pa kay wala kay gitago. just my 2 cents
