From experience, I don't do follow-up.
If I don't hear from them in a week, I
move on and go for plan B

murag improper man cguro if mo follow up ka, just wait mga 1-2 weeks![]()
i tried this before...and nrespond sila sometimes busy man gud kaayo sila maong dli daun matwagan..try lang gud..this also shows your interest for the position you are applying
you just have to wait..
huwata lang bro.. pero pangapply lag pdayon sa ubang company para daghan kag options.. while waiting
i don't follow up kay they usually inform u kung dawat ka or not... kung ingnan galing ka na "we will just call you" ay na paglaum kay pasabot ana u didn't make it.
Hmmm...
Depende. Kay if you know the company needs you, you can follow up the HR regarding your status. Labi na if naa kay lain employer naghuwat, pwede ka mo ingon nga you need their confirmation kay if dili sila, adto ka sa usa ka employer.Kana kung gahi^ naka.
Pero if ikaw ang nanginahanglan nila, if walay tawag a few days or moabot ug more than a month, shot nato sa taro. Naa pod baya sitwasyon, manawag ra sila nimo 6-8 months kay nag freeze hiring sila. Or nag manpower pooling pa.
I dont see a problem doing a follow up after the interview. HR or recruitment will respond to you. Not sms though. If seryoso ka sa follow up tawagi ang office nila and look for that person nga nag interview nimo. Politely ask for an update and the status of the position that you are applying for.
Usahay filled or frozen ang position and recruitment cannot update all the candidates for it.
