normal processing time is 10 working days that's approx 2 weeks + 1 day mailing to manila and 1 day back so total approx 2.5weeks.....unless there are problems with your documents in which case you should call them (721-8345).

Nagplan ko mag mail lng sa PCCI sa requirements and payment for transfer of ownership. Thing is, wala koi checking account. Nagduhaduha sad ko mag butang sa envelope ug money kay lisod nag mawala. Mao nagthink ko sa Caminade nlng, pero 2 months pud lageh.

Naka try na mo mag mail sa ila with the money sa envelope nga e mail jud? Wala mo maka encounter ug problems?
Unsa kahai mas ok na solution ani.

@forum_angel: it is safer if you send a check than cash but i think some people do it anyway.

@forum_angel, hi i'm new here and would just like to say that you can register your dog on your own. In my case i had to process the transfer of ownership of my dog and pcci membership. You just go to the website to look at the required fees which you can send through LBC. In order for my papers to arrive quickly, i also included a prepaid pouch from LBC. In sending money LBC wont process it if you dont have a name of the recipient, you can address it to Mr. Joselito T. Rosales. My papers arrived 2 days after. You can also follow up through their website and drop them a message on their facebook page. They really called our house to inform me of the status of the transfer.
