or usa na siya sa ilang requirements.. sa google birth.NSO mn ghapon

ts, if mg renew ra ka, ok ra na nga sss id. if bag-o pa jud ka molokat, mas maau naay nso ug lain nga valid id (government issues mas ok)

dad-a ang orig ug paphotocopy na daan. ila kuhaon ang photocopy. naa sila photocopier sa sulod sa DFA, tag 2petot per copy

ts, pili lang ani driver's license, SSS ID, BIR ID, school ID or other supporting documents indicating your full name, date of birth and your home address.. Duha ka ID ila e-ask nimo.. NSO Birth Cert.. Naa to Application form imo fill-up na makuha sa DFA.. Make 2 photocopies kada documents.. (NSO birth certificate, Valid ID's, Application form ug uban documents..) Dad-a lang imong Original or ipa-photocopy daan kay mo-ask sila.. Depende lang kay sa akoa na case gipangayuan ko nila tungod dili clear akong NSO Birth Cert. Passport size na picture..
