I don't support boycotting. Masayang lang ang right given to you by the Constitution. As the saying goes, one vote counts. Ang uban nag sacrifice para lang mobotar. Ang uban gani namatay or gipatay tungod lang ana. If anyone want CHANGE but abstain his/her voting right, do you have the right also to complain to what happened nowadays?
If you believe FM made the country better, other also felt and experienced tyranny during his term so that's your own perspective and you can't change the feelings of others.
Maybe you mean through Crowdsourcing. Miriam Santiago's "Magna Carta for Philippine Internet Freedom" bill if became a law will be the first crowdsourced law which does not suffer from overbreadth and vagueness. But if we will put that approach in the new Constitution per se, that is possible but will take time.
That's basically the purpose of the law. Determine and penalize the law breakers. Putting the law in once hand, then you are just one of them. Ironically, law breakers punished law breakers. If you believe our laws are too slack for justice, then you ask the lawmakers to amend it. But as you've mentioned, you didn't cast your vote -- to select lawmakers -- you also didn't have right to complain.

About Miriam: Isug, dili corrupt, kung corrupt man gani dli dinagko, naay iyang baruganan, kahibaw unsay law, kahibaw mo padagan, naay respitar...
About Duterte: Isug, dili corrupt, kung corrupt man gani dli dinagko, naay iyang baruganan, naay iyahang law, kahibaw mo padagan, naay respitar, mo patay ug taw nga against sa iyang balaod...
Nowadays, disrespecting the law become one of the pre-requisite for presidentiable. Good luck.
Kuyaw ug puros reject atong pilian.
Kanus-a man kaha ang saktong panahon bro para maka hisgot kitang publiko bahin niini?
The way I see it, the right to complain should only belong to the taxpayers & the OFW's who nevel fail to send monthly remittances, not the voting general public. These people are the ones who contributed something that actually matters for the country.
Some say the reason why the USD against PhP is ok because of abnoy's good governance on our economy. I say that's a big pile of cow dung! A major factor for that is the amount of remittances from OFW's worldwide to our country is very high, not good economy.
I have mentioned this in my previous posts but I mentioned that those people who have TIN's & proof of tax payment like your salary certificate indicating your monthly tax deduction, be it withholding or business tax, or OFW's that have receipts for the remittances should only allowed to vote.
Elitist kung elitist but that's how I think it should be. Those who aren't paying tax are most likely the lower class Pinoys. They are the ones who usually accept money to buy their votes & are pressumably incapable of critical thinking of what's actually good for the country.
I don't have to provide any arguements regarding our law being too slack. Do you really feel safe using your smartphone in places like the intersection in Metro Gaisano Colon? Are you confident enough to withdraw money from any ATM branch in the late hours of the night?
From where I'm at right now, here in Kuwait, compyansa jud kaayo ko mogamit sa iphone nako diri even sa kana mga ngit2x & isolated places or while walking towards my flat. I can withdraw & even count my money maski mag 1am na sa gabie.
What I would've wished to happen sa Pinas is mag-revolt ang mga tao against the government. It doesn't even have to be violent. We could just march on the streets & demanding radical changes in our country like to write a brand new constitution & everything else I mentioned sa previous post nako diri.
Then, that's the time when we can start thinking of who will be the next president or prime minister for our country.
Let's be realistic. This cycle has been going on for several generations. How much more misery can you swallow?
