I suggest you plan ahead on your calorie intake for the day. Let say target nimo is 2000 calories this week, from the link I provided naay estimated calories on common foods, diha nalang dayon ka mokuha sa imong basehan as to what food you're going to take to meet your daily calorie needs. Medyo kuti gyud mag-monitor sa calorie intake pero worth it.

lean body mass gain is really hard...it really is, naturally i think you can add a hefty 2lbs per month, its lean mass resulting from a well executed and strict nutrition plus exercise...
losing weight and especially fat?? for a meso-endo type like me, i lost 12lbs in 2 months from 180lbs to 168lbs, starting last jan2014 until feb2014, i did not alter my caloric intake that much but pushed myself hard as hell when im working out
...that is why i said its easier to lose weight! ahaha![]()
