i know this is an old thread but for formalities sake, ma issuehan ba diay kag pwesto sa establishment lets say food cart imo business? im planning to build my own food cart in one of the buildings diha IT park and nahibung lang ko nga naay post sa uban pwede ka maka start without the permits just for "testing the waters"?
