How about kun ugma ka niya kuhaon, or sa sunod bulan, or 10 years from now? 101% sure gihapon ka nga malangit ka?

    Mat. 7:21

Im not saying martyr ko, Im only referring to the kind of Faith they have.

Bro, bisan pag moingon ko ug 110% or kaha not sure wala kay mahims kay lahi2 atong relasyon sa Ginoo. Even if moingon sad ko until my last breath i can be sure that my soul will be heavenbound kung mo oppose ka wala sad koy mahimo kita ray nakabalo if were doing things for God or just a pretense to be seen and praised by people.

It is not what we claimed publicly ang makapalangit nato but our own personal experience with God....ato nang tagsa2 ka kinabuhi, walay lain makakuha ana.

The kind of faith that I am talking about is the one that is willing to give his life even to the end.
Akong ma cite nga example bro, kung sa umaabot nga panahon nga i suppress na ang pagpreach or share sa gospel or anything about CHristianity, moabot ang persecution sa tanang Christians ug i-threat imong kinabuhi, will you denounce your faith in Christ or hold til the point of death for Christ's and the gospel's sake?

Now, ask to most "so called" Christians kung unsa ilang stand on this.

Dili ta mu Progress ani if dili usa natu na define what is Good Works...

Kung naa ra sa Huna-Huna, can it be considered GOOD WORKS?

Kung imug rang SULTI, or butang nga nigawas sa imung Bah-Bah, can it be considered Good Works?

The Faith you mention has doubtless its use in the World. I do not desire to see it diminished, nor would I endeavour to lessen it in any Man. But I wish it were more productive of good Works, than I have generally seen it: I mean real good Works, Works of Kindness, Charity, Mercy, and Publick Spirit; not Holiday-keeping, Sermon-Reading or Hearing; performing Church Ceremonies, or making long Prayers, filled with Flatteries and Compliments, despis’d even by wise Men, and much less capable of pleasing the Deity. The worship of God is a Duty; the hearing and reading of Sermons may be useful; but, if Men rest in Hearing and Praying, as too many do, it is as if a Tree should Value itself on being water’d and putting forth Leaves, tho’ it never produc’d any Fruit.

This is probably BF is an occultist and he doesnt hold the Christian worldview. Iyang panan-aw naa ra sa kalibutan bro. In contrast, Christ taught his disciples to lay up for themselves treasures in heaven. This of course involved hearing the word of God and growing spiritually.

Christians depend on the Personal God and are bound to give reverence and worship in return.

"God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing." - C. S. Lewis"

There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'" - C. S. Lewis

you misunderstood the passage, my friend. Matt. 7:21 isn't about good deeds to add up more chances of getting to heaven but about one's submission to God. let's go back down to the basics. what is sin? isn't it something that is contrary to the will of God? that gives sense to this verse. the christian life is not an easy life. it's not a life of guaranteed riches or perfect health whatsoever. temptations, troubles, trials surround christians everyday and they need to have total dependence on God, trusting Him, commits to Him, relies on Him. it was never about deeds with misguided motives. you highlighted the portion in the verse that has the word DOES. partial focus results to partial understanding.
