Actually nindot ang pawnshop business and according to our business law class it only needs a paid in capital of 100k. Apply lang ka sa DTI ug business permit kung sole proprietorship or SEC sa partnership and Corporation. Regulated pud ang mga pawnshop under CEntral bank of the Philippines.
Note lang, according to the law, ang item nga ginasangla sa pawnshop kay dili pwde isangla under 30% of the appraised value.

Mao na ang sa law nga part as for business nindot siya kay makaavail kag item at usually lesser than the appraised value and if ever mag default ang pawner, pwede nimo siya iauction sale and expect a higher return.

Hope nakatabang

You've got a point sir, it's never a question about management. Because any business big and small, basta bati ang magdumala o manage palpak gyud na. As for lalis, bisan asa man gyud tingale na nga business naa man gyud na ang lalis. again big and small naa gyud na ang lalis, even large companies with high ethical stardards dili gydu mawala ang lalis, maglalis gani ang manag uyab, nga naa ang gugma in between.. hehe..

Anyway, the points you've pointed out are good general points in having a business.

Dako2x jud investment ni nga negosyo sir, dili maayo nga mag negosyo ug pawnshop nga mahutdan ka ug kwarta labi na magdungan ug prenda ang mga customer di ba?

M permi ang na involve ani nga business, NOT H or K.

Based lang ni sa akong friend nagwork sa pawnshop nga naa jud kuno time mahutdan sila kay halos mga seaman dagko kaayo ug jewelries (Gold/White Gold/Diamonds/Platinum). Naay usa ka customer mo prenda worth 1M. Saun nalang kung walay on hand money?
