What if:

When I was in high school, I cheated all my exams.
I cheated on my girlfriend. I beat people up along with my gang.

In college, I joined a fraternity/gang, beating people up if i dont like them.
Taking advantage of freshmen who are joining the frat/gang.
I steal stuff, like money, phones, valuables.
I do drugs.

Because my father is a powerful policitian, I took his place.
I became a very bad and corrupt politician.
I take 90% of the people's money.
I have goons to annihilate the opposition.
I have goons to kill protesters.
I am not fair with the law.
I exempt my friends and family of the law.

To sum it up, I've been an a**hole all my life.

One day, people got tired and planned to invade my residence.
They did, and killed all my family.
I am in the room, they beat me up.
They point a gun in my head while saying "any last words? I'll give you 1 minute to talk"

In the last minute of my life, I didn't talk, but prayed instead.
I prayed to god, to thank god for everything in my life.
I ask forgiveness with all my heart, and admitted that I was very wrong.
I did it with the sincerest of sincere.

Question:

Am I saved?

God knows your sincerity bro. Pero grasya na sa Ginoo kung ingon ana man galing ang imong maabtan nga sitwasyon before ka niya kuhaon. Why not choose to receive Jesus Christ now that gihatagan pa tag time out of good conscience?
Its not a mistake bro that you have now heard the gospel, even sa simple lang diri nga forum. God wills this to happen in your life nga before kuhaon atong kinabuhi, duna tay chance to be with Him in eternity. Still our freewill to choose to respond to his calling....

You know bro, those nga mag insist ug Faith + works mostly mao jud hinuon ang dili makabuhat sa mga gi require sa ginoo nga righteousness. That's true coz theyre not totally putting their trust in Christ but themselves.

Here is the difference bro, once God saves you He will work in your life through the Holy Spirit, you will take no effort trying to comply or do good works but he will transform you to become his child (being born again in spirit) doing good works out of his working sa imong kinabuhi.

Ang nakalahi bro kay naa nay leading sa Holy Spirit sa imong kinabuhi, you will become sensitive to his working....thats why once a person is truly converted lisud na sa iyaha nga magbalik sa daan nga kinaiya to betray or grieve the Holy Spirit.
