    i hope ila ibalik ang death penalty. kaning ingon aning klaseng tao walay lugar sa atong society. kinsa mang animal nag abolish sa death penalty pud oi.

    if this rapist lives in davao, it will not hinder him to do this heinous act. thus, killing criminals is not deterrent. few days ago, cops raided a drug den. this means, there was still drug business in davao and that's a fact. do they fear the mayor?
