    consider everything, like device compatibility, naay uban device naa jud max nga speed limit, even though announced siya nga 3g siya, naa gihapon, for the sim, common sense na na, and also the provisioning that your carrier did on your account mapa prepaid/postpaid pana, naa silay provisioning nga example, kani nga account, 3g signal ang mugawas pero up to 512 kbps ra, something like that
