based on my info maam, dugay na gi-usab ang system sa punishment. wala na ang option to quit or face the consequence (to be ostracized). ang karon is, if found guilty you will be recommended for discharge from the academy. but the decision will be subject for review and approval of Supt, PMA. If the supt approved the recommendation, it will be forwarded to CSAFP, then SND and the final decision will be from the president as the Commander in Chief.

it means, daghan pa ug pwede maduolan si Cudia para mabali ang recommendation sa iyang kaso. Since human na sa supt, he can go to the CSAFP, then SND and last the President. naa pa siyay upat ka chance to appeal for the reversal of the decision. kung due process lang ang istoryahan, daghan syag chance to avail the due process. so karon pa land dapat iya na nang planohon kung unsa ang iya next move.

unlike before nga resign or be ostracized lang, limited lang option mo to appeal...

if come to think about it mura dili man si MR.cudia or pma ma pildi kay pila ka days na lang graduation na , just think about it pila ka millions na kwarta sa government ang gi gastos sa 4years or more schooling and training ni Cadet cudia buhahha then tanan labay sa basura kwarta na daghan gi gutom sa pilipinas, labay derecho sa infantry didto sa sulu at least sulit katong investment sa government. If drop gyud sa PMA mas nindot sa PMA alumni nalang , let him serve sa afp anyway AFP is not pma naman hehehe.
