AEGIS or TELEPERFORMANCE?? and WHY?? hehe i have to set a choice.. the best choice..

Teleperformance. Career-wise dali ka musaka and if you will be under Australian account, then you'll be on a dayshift. Very calm and relax environment sad. Also naa way to earn more aside from your basic pay such as referral bonus. Although Aegis may have better medical insurance, TP pays better. Gamay jud kaayo sweldo sa Aegis and walay growth.

I dont know about TP. Im working at Aegis and 3rd year na nako, but Im about to resign once madawat ko sa akong applyan...

I have nothing bad to say about Aegis manpud kay daghan ko nakat-unan. I have nothing to complain about the salary kay maybe kamao rajud ko magmanage or maybe matyaga ragyud cguro ko. I dunno.

Aegis pays the bills for me. Yes, daghan changes pero flexible manpud ko. Yes strict, pero for me I dont mind a strict company kay I always put in mind na if lax ra kaayo ko, it means if mubalhin kog laing trabaho ani, maglisud kog adjust.

I'd rather start working at a stressful environment then learn to be flexible with changes.

ayaw na lang jd Aegis kay.... gitubag na ni @quirkychinita ngano. hehe. mayra sauna pero karon nagka dugay bag.o ng management, wa nay ayo. mga Indiano nag manage kuripot na kau. pati incentive lisod na kwaon unlike before sayon ra napa jd additional incentive gikan sa client. maka demotivate jd. I tell you.

Though with regards sa working environment, okay ra kaayo. nindot ug treatment ang mga managers sa mga agents inside or outside the office. isa sa mga rason nidugay ko ani na company. wala ka'y ma feel na inferiority.

Wont be able to comment on TP's behalf since Ive never worked there, but for Aegis though...! As with Quirky, 3 years nako diri and Im resigning na, but unlike Quirky, I HAVE A LOT OF BAD THINGS TO SAY, hehehehe. Pay is mother******g small, maau ra sa sugod, maau ra sauna, but ever since the slumdog millionares took over, s**t hit the fan. Grabeh ang cost cutting, I dunno if its coz of the new building, pero grabeh ka kuripot, kulang na lang walay incentive ihatag. Inconsiderate to employees, and HR can suck my balls, the management is really not employee friendly or you might say its not "pro-employee". Lets take into account the earthquakes that happened, some other BPO's dismissed the agents, but Aegis intawon, "Our building can withstand an 8 magnitude earthquake, so you dont have to worry and go back to work." DAFAQ!!! Among family, pwede namo dal-on inside the building? Same with teh typhoon. And now, they juz recently presented the ITR forms, @quirkychinita, have you recieved your form? Do you notice something...off? Like the amount declared for the 13th month pay? Anyways, I could go on and on and on, but to be fair, Aegis wouldve been ok... if it was still People Support, but not anymore.
