mga sir og mam, ngutana ta ko kung unsa proceso pag transfer og owner/change of color...
anyway here is the story...

wala na gamit ang sakyanan for five years and decided to fix it. since na tangong man, gi surrender sa owner ang plate sa LTO for storage, pag process nako last year kay pakuhaon nako nilag og new plate, di na nila ihatag ang old plates.

original CR (naka kuha nako og affidavit of lost ani)

bottom line, need to learn how to do the process as legal as possible w/o the help of a fixer...
