However, even if you did, that doesn't exempt you from becoming a failure. There are ups and downs along the way. You have to accept that, otherwise, stock market is not the best route for you. But as you said, you're doing this for your kid's education. So I assume that you have at least 10 years moving forward. In this type of investment, time is your friend.
