The Intel build is around P21k(w/o chassis) and the AMD build is at P17k(w/o chassis and MOBO). My budget is 20k(max 25k cguro, but closer to 20k the better), kahibaw ko sobra na gamay sa intel hehe. Okay raba ang build, all compatible and wala'y bottleneck?

If you're going for the AMD build, then you probably won't be fitting it in a Cooler Master N200. There's not a lot of micro-ATX AM3+ motherboard out there, even less that supports USB 3.0. I doubt there's one locally available so you might want to get a mid tower chassis like the Antec One/One S3. You really need a good motherboard to be able to run an FX 6300 properly and there's not a lot of them available. Try to find at least an AMD 970 chipset motherboard with USB 3.0(if you want USB 3.0).

Mga bro, naka kita kog Coolermaster K280. Payts nani? Ga lisud bitaw jud kog pangita ug motherboard para sa AM3+ dri sa cebu. Okay raba ang set-up nako? Flexible pa kaayo ko ani kay March pako mu palit.
