    Kaayo just put yourself on ur employers/business owner shoes? Ok ra nimu cge ka late imu mga tawo? U might think ah binuang 15min ra gani..what harm can that do? If compounded dako nana na time halos everyday ka late. And thats not it. U are setting a bad example to ur workmates. Once they see na ok ra ma late others will soon follow. Aka nga 1 rotten apple ra ang magdag dangan sa tanan so better remove him/her. and yes naa na sa balaod

    naa ko late last year pa April, June and August. Supposedly ako suspension should be serve last year pa unta. Na shock lang ko naa ko nadawat email sa HR karon lang nga week i-serve na daw nako ang suspension. Ok ra unta nako if within that year ko gisuspend pero gipaabot pman karon nga year then February na iserve. Valid pa ba na?
