    Default spaghetti - for first timers


    Ganahan ko magpa believe sa ako mga friends. Nag practice ko luto luto ug spaghetti pero murag wala lami-i ako kauban sa balay.


    Mangayo unta ko ingredients or techniques ninyo aron lami ako kaluto sunod.


    Pinoy or Italian style or bcag unsa nga inyo ikatampo. salamat kaayo.

    I have a tuna-mushroom carbonara recipe (with pics) which I posted in my site bro (link in my signature).
    It was my first time to do it but luckily I managed to pull it off

    most important is to make sure the pasta is not soggy... boil water with some oil and salt then cook pasta for 8-10 minutes... for the sauce, pretty straight forward. for filipino style spaghetti, saute onions, garlic, ground meat, hotdogs, then pour sauce. if you want, you can add cream, or milk. if you want it really sweet, you can use condensed milk. once done, mix pasta with sauce either as a whole or per serving then top with grated cheese.

    if you want italian or american style, cook pasta the same way then saute onions, garlic, and ground beef. you can also add italian sausages if you want or use meatballs instead of ground beef. use imported spaghetti sauce (they usually cost php100 and up). once done, you can either mix/toss pasta and sauce one serving at a time in a small pan over a small flame and then top with lots and lots of parmesan cheese or just serve it on a plate and top with lots of parmesan cheese.

    Mao ni akong specialty TS, walay checheburichi akong ingredients, salt and pepper ra. Ang secreto ani is ang TIMING. Dapat sakto ra jud ang pagkaluto sa Noodles ug Sauce and serve the spag while it's hot.

    i usually add nestle cream to my pasta sauce para creamy and also to balance the taste.

    OT: lami ang spaghetti sa Greenwich. simple lang ang lasa pero lami.
