Actually, OK ra jud "UNTA" nga ma-legalize ang ang marijuana since daghan ni siya ug medical applications.
Pero ang fist lang usa nato nga i-consider before na siya ipa-legalize is "How to control its illegal use".
Kung imong hunahunaon, daghan na kaayong mga dangerous drugs (legal but are used illegally) nga available sa drug stores karon nya wa lang gihapon na ma-control sa ato mga ka-pulisan. So, before nato pun-an ug another drug (nga magamit sa illegal nga paagi) ang atong mga drug stores kinahanglan usa nga sulbaron ang control ana nga mga klase sa drugs. Ang problema man gud ana kay sukad pa sa una, ngano man jud nga maabot man sa mga kamot sa mga ADIK2X ang mga dangerous drugs nga supposedly, naa man untay control nga gi-implement ang atong gobyerno ana para dili magamit sa illegal nga paagi? So, dapat kani lang usa ang atong sulbaron.

Uyon ko if regulated ang use and distribution and form of dsitribution sa marijuana by the right authority . Say BFAD.

It has its Pros and Cons, and the Cons do have undesirable after-effects so, I would encourage regulating this thing.

naa namay country nga nag legalized ani..
kung dri sa phill. if ma legalized ni, im sure daghang tao mo abuse og gamit ani, kay ang kasagaran sa mga pinoy dli maka control sa ilang kaugalingon..imbis na tambal unta, mahimo na nuon hinundan nga mas manag han ang mga adik.

Change is always there. There is no assurance that a government will be ready for change unless ma sugdan ug from there mahibaw -an and once makit-an ang resulta, Ma-evaluate, Then there will be adjustments, and Then theres improvement of processes. Di ba? =)

bcoz i believe, that right now, in our current economic situation, there are still many concerns that our government should put more priority into (educ, livelihood, infrastructures, etc.), and starting something very new and not very well accepted by the majority of our citizens during these times might just create more confusions sa atong government and more unlikely expenditures that not might not generate good returns for us.. just my thoughts..
