as we exchange SMS with TS' sister, somehow I sense some feeling that this lady can be trusted.
so I proceed with the reservation. I'll update this thread how it goes.
As per SMS, we'll be seeing the 1st batch of shipment by friday and my unit will be on 2nd batch[next week].

It's definitely a little shady. Communicated with the number posted and said that all I needed was to pay 5k to have the unit shipped here and if I like it, add 5k more for the down payment. If I don't like it, I have the option to have the unit exchanged or have my 5k refunded. Then for the monthly 5k payment, all I had to do was to deposit the 5k in a bank account. No loans or anything on the buyer's part. So if you think about this scenario, so much risk goes to the seller and little to none for the buyer. Now, when has that ever happened before? From my past experiences, it has always been the other way around.
Definitely too good to be true, but if it is indeed true, then whoever is buying will really get a very good deal on cars that are priced at half than what they should be.
