Though Pabling is a better law maker JDV is more fexible and knows his politics better. So mas relatively dili samok ang congress and they could be a more effective congress.

He is just blabbing his mouth and rocking the boat so that he will be paid to shut up. Naa man sad ni personal agenda si Pabling gud.

Pabling is no match for JDV. Pila na gud ka presidente ni agi pero wa gyud na mawala si JDV pareho sad ni ka lig-on ni Enrile. We may say he is balimbing but I still think he is a "better" politician than Pabling.

Kung si Pabling molingkod, i can foresee that he will have lots of enemies in congress thereby making processes and projects stalled.

if Pabling will win the seat...he deserves it. if JDV is replaced, then its about time. i have great appreciation of the Garcia's in a way. they are distinguished people who makes Cebuanos look good.

He was not nominated by any of the congressmen, though.

Well, not even Zamora nominated him. There must be some sort of silent agreement that it will be JDV as the Speaker of the House again, I suppose. I just hope they have less time politicking and concentrate on legislating necessary laws for the people.
