VIn my case bro, when I reached the 200-lb scale and got ill last August
that I had to quit my job was a wake-up call. I got scared for my health
and depression hit me hard. When I was in the operating room alone, I
vowed myself not to be in the hospital ever again.
It was an ordeal for me going to the gym and being active again but I was
there because I HAD TO at first. I wasn't allowed to eat pork and chicken
fat at that time and being a food tripper was hell for me knowing that I can't
go and eat like I used to.
However, on my second month, I saw the progress, I lost 6 kilos at that time.
It was a relief that I was no longer seeing the number 200 on the scale lols.
Plus, I was able to wear my old clothes and felt great about myself. I went to
the gym not because I had to but I WANTED TO and I eat healthy food because
it started to grow on me. I do eat pork or any meat on weekends but just a few
portions but more on veggies or fish, this time because I know already what it
can do to my body.
After my third month bro, I lost another 3 kilos and was able to fit in size 32-mini
skirts! Considering I was size 40 hahaha! Right now, what drives me more are the
support that I get from my family and friends and it felt great hearing stories or
seeing their updates in Facebook that they are starting a healthy lifestyle because
of what I started.
Hope I can motivate you, too bro. Do it for yourself and not for others. Mas fulfilling
sya in the end
We can do this!!!
** group hugs for everyone **
